Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your product is found to be damaged or lost during transit, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement. Should this happen, you will need to :

Notify us via email or letter within 7 days.
We may ask you to :

Send a photograph of the damaged item.
Return the damaged product to us, in which case will refund the cost of postage.
We will then :

Repair, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days.

Faulty Goods

If your product is found to be faulty or defective or becomes defective due to manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement. Should your product become faulty, you will need to :

Notify us via email or letter within 7 days.
We may ask you to :

Send a photograph of the damaged item.
Return the damaged product to us, in which case will refund the cost of postage.
We will then :

Repair, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days.

Unwanted Items

If you change your mind for any reason, we offer a 7 days grace period after placing your order to for you to cancel. You will need to :

Notify us via email or letter within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Return the goods to us at your own cost, in the original packaging within 21 days.
We will then :

Issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
